I work at the intersection of data governance, risk, and decision-making — where most organizations already have frameworks, but lack a clear view of where things are actually breaking down. I am an independent advisor with over 10 years of experience making data governance actually work inside large organizations — at EY advising financial services clients, and at AIA Vietnam where I designed and operationalized the enterprise Data Council from the ground up.
